"I've gotten my haircut a handful of times over my lifetime at this chain and, every time I've had a bad cut. Why do I go back you ask: because I don't hold a grudge and they're convenient. But seriously; unless you're getting a high and tight military or soccer dad haircut AVOID THIS PLACE! Being from Charleston SC I wear the traditional messy, mid length shag. When going in today and asking for a trim only, I walked out looking like a fifth grade geography teacher. First slice of the scissors took off an inch and a half. Nothing I could do at this point but make the rest match. Bangs were cut with a 30° slope from right to left(not requested). The whole thing was over in 10 minutes and I was slapped with a $20 tab. This place will let anyone with a 3 week course in beauty rent a booth! Be warned.. Update: so I go back in today to complain and was greated by the same stylist. After pleading my case I was given a refund and a new haircut courtesy of the area manager Heather. She did an awesome job and was apologetic for the bad experience. Even though my hair is much shorter than I like it, I'm walking away feeling satisfied with my visit."

"Hello, Let me start off I have been using Sport Clips for years all over SC. This is by Far the worst sports clips I have ever been to. I go in as normal and the hairstylist that cut my hair did a great job, But all I had on me was $100 bill my hairstylist went to the manager to try to get change and she sent her next door with no luck . I asked the hairstylist to just give me a gift card with my change on it because are used sport clips every two weeks. The manager returned and told me that they do not take $100 bills....!?!? LOL I asked they hairstyles to just give me a gift card for my change on it because I used sport clips every two weeks. The manager returned and told me that they do not take hundred dollar bills LOL. There is no signs that say that we do not take hundred dollar bills and I don’t Know any businesses that don’t take hundred dollar bills. I have been to the same store several times now in the last few months and I’ve always had $100 bill. The manager starts to argue with me saying that they haven’t took hundred dollar bills in over a year. Needless to say the manager was very unprofessional in front of other customers in the store and asked me to leave my drivers Lassens and go get change myself!!! Who does that!?!!! if you can’t bust 100 you probably don’t need to be in a retail setting.. Will not return to this particular sport clips again. Note to manager please take self pride in yourself and at least fix yourself up to look more like a professional. Kind regards , Terry Tilton"
